Customer acknowledges and agrees that PawPaws Express begins professional services immediately upon acceptance of a quote or service agreement. Such services include, but are not limited to, documentation review, regulatory and airline compliance planning, consulting, scheduling, coordination, and the reservation of transport capacity and calendar dates specific to Customer’s pet.
Accordingly, all PawPaws Express service fees are non-refundable within forty-five (45) days of the originally planned or estimated travel date, regardless of whether transport ultimately occurs. Customer further acknowledges that documentation and compliance services are non-refundable once initiated, as these services involve individualized preparation, regulatory review, and professional labor that cannot be reversed or repurposed.
This policy is not a penalty and is not dependent on the completion of travel. Fees are earned upon commencement of services and reflect work performed and transport capacity reserved exclusively for Customer’s pet.
In limited circumstances, and solely at the discretion of PawPaws Express, partial refunds may be issued outside of the forty-five (45) day window for clearly identifiable third-party charges that were not incurred, such as unused airline or pet cargo fees. Any such refund shall apply only to unincurred third-party costs and shall not include professional service fees, consulting, planning, documentation preparation, compliance work, scheduling, or reserved transport capacity.
Customer agrees that PawPaws Express shall not be liable for losses arising from cancellation, delay, or changes in travel plans once services have commenced.
